Skinny French Toast
4 egg white
6 slice reduced calorie wheat bread
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
sugar free maple syrup

1. Whisk together egg whites, milk, and vanilla extract in a shallow bowl.
2. Spray a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium heat. Working in batches, dip each slice of bread in the egg mixture for 30 seconds on each side. Let some of the batter drip off, then place in the skillet.
3. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Transfer to a plate and keep warm. Spray the skillet with cooking spray if necessary and repeat with remaining bread.
