Skinny Berry Crisp

1 bag frozen mixed berries (cherries or blueberries ok too)
1 box sugar-free vanilla pudding mix (cook and serve)
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/4 cup non-fat milk
1 1/2 cup old fashioned oats
1/2 cup sweetener (sugar substitute of your choice)
8 oz fat-free plain yogurt
1 tsp almond extract

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8 x 8 inch or 2 quart baking dish.
2. Add frozen berries, vanilla pudding mix, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk to the baking dish and stir well to combine.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together old fashioned oats, Splenda sugar substitute, yogurt, and almond extract. Evenly sprinkle topping over the berry mixture.
4. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top is brown and the fruit is bubbly.
