Peanut Butter Chocolate Frozen Yogurt Pops
POPSICLE
2 banana fresh or frozen and ripe
3/4 cup yogurt natural
3 tbsp peanut butter
CHOCOLATE SHELL
3/4 cup dark chocolate
2 tsp coconut oil
2 tbsp peanuts crushed
1. Combine all popsicle ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into your favorite popsicle mold. and freeze until solid (about 4 hours).
3. Melt chocolate and coconut oil in the microwave by heating on high for 30 seconds and then stirring and heating in 15 second intervals until it can be stirred smooth.
4. Remove popsicles from the mold and dip into the chocolate shell liquid. While the shell is setting sprinkle the peanuts onto the chocolate and serve!
