One-Ingredient Strawberry Sorbet
16 oz strawberry (fresh or frozen)
1. hull and cut fresh strawberries in half and freeze on a lined baking mat until solid about 2 hours (or use good frozen strawberries).
2. Blend strawberries until smooth. Depending on your blender, you may need to add a little liquid. Water or lemon juice works well. You can also add some honey if the strawberries are not sweet enough.
3. Pour into a bread tin or tupperware and freeze until desired consistency is reached. (we froze ours for 1.5 hours and it was perfect).
