Caffeine with a Twist: Green Tea and Coffee Ice Cubes

1 tbsp matcha
3/4 cup strong cold brew coffee (regular coffee is also fine)
1 cup distilled or boiled water
1/3 cup hot water

Directions

1. Prepare the matcha by whisking it into 1/3 cup of hot water until blended and frothy.
2. Pour the coffee into half of the ice cube tray and the matcha into the other half. Top the matcha cubes with distilled water if needed.
3. Freeze until solid and enjoy!
