Grapefruit, Orange, Mint Salad
1 white grapefruit
1 pink grapefruit (red grapefruit can also be used)
1 tsp fresh mint leaves chopped

1. Cut off the peel, including the white pith, from each piece of fruit. Hold the fruit over a bowl to catch any juice and cut between the membranes, remove the segments, and place them in the bowl. Repeat with remaining fruit. Stir in mint, cover, and refrigerate until ready to serve.
