Chicken Pasta Mushroom Casserole (Tetrazzini)
8 whole wheat spaghetti
2 cups chicken cooked, chopped
1 can fat-free cream of mushroom soup (10 oz can)
1 tsp garlic minced
1/3 cup fat-free parmesan cheese
1 oz canned mushrooms drained
1 cup non-fat sour cream
non-stick cooking spray
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook spaghetti and drain. Combine pasta, chicken, soup, cheese, garlic and mushrooms. Mix well. Stir in sour cream.
3. Spray a baking dish with nonstick spray. Pour mixture into dish and bake for 30 minutes.
4. Sprinkle with additional parmesan cheese before serving, if desired.
