Blueberry Protein Smoothie Bowl
3/4 cup frozen blueberries
1/2 frozen banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp hemp protein powder
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup almond milk
3 ice cubes
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp chopped almonds
1 tbsp frozen blueberries
1 tbsp goji berries

1. Combine the blueberries, banana, oats, protein powder, chia seeds, lemon juice, almond milk and ice in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Dollop 7 dots of greek yogurt on the surface of half of the smoothie bowl. Run a chopstick through the dollops to create the heart pattern.
3. Top with kiwi, almonds, blueberries and goji berries.
