Purple Layer
1 carrot peeled
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/3 cup frozen mango
1 1/2 inch nub ginger peeled
1 tsp tumeric
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup fresh orange juice
Optional Toppings
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 tsp coconut flakes
1 1/2 inch nub ginger peeled
1/3 cup frozen mixed berries
1 beet peeled
1/2 tsp cayenne
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 cup pomegranate juice
1/3 cup water
Orange Layer

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in the purple layer to a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Combine all ingredients in the orange layer to a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Pour whichever mixture is thicker (it was the orange for me) into a glass then pour the thinner mixture over the top. Top with chia seeds and coconut flakes.
