Super Green Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

1 cup spinach washed
1 frozen banana
1/3 cup rolled oats
1 tbsp almond butter
1 heaped tsp matcha
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/3 cup almond milk
TOPPINGS (optional)
2 tbsp greek yogurt
1 tbsp passion fruit
5 raspberries
3 blackberries
1 tbsp rolled oats

Directions

1. Combine spinach, banana, rolled oats, almond butter, matcha, lemon juice and almond milk in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Pour into a bowl and spoon 3 lines of greek yogurt on the surface of the smoothie. Brush a chopstick through the lines to create the leaf pattern.
3. Top with raspberries, blackberries and rolled oats. Enjoy!
