Strawberry Mango Frozen Yogurt Popsicles

STRAWBERRY LAYER
1 cup strawberries hulled and washed
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1 tbsp honey
MANGO LAYER
1 cup mango fresh or frozen
1/3 cup greek yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juice
VANILLA LAYER
1 cup greek yogurt
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp honey

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients for strawberry layer in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. Combine all ingredients for mango layer in a blender and blend until smooth.
3. Combine all ingredients for vanilla layer in a blender and blend until smooth.
4. In your favorite popsicle mold spoon in the strawberry mixture into each of the molds until it reaches 1/3 of the way up.
5. Repeat with the vanilla then mango layers and freeze for 4 hours. Enjoy!
