Healthy Homemade Chocolate Fudgsicles

1/2 cup unsalted unroasted cashew nuts (soaked overnight)
6 dates
1 ripe avocado
1/2 cup raw cacoa powder
1 ripe bananna
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
1 can coconut milk
Optional Toppings
1/2 cup dark chocolate
1 tbsp coconut flakes
1 tbsp sea salt
1 tbsp chopped pistachios
1 tbsp dried raspberries

Directions

1. Soak the cashews overnight in slightly salted water.
2. Combine the cashews and the rest of the ingredients in a blender and blend until thick and smooth.
3. Spoon into your favorite popsicle mold and freeze for at least 4 hours or until frozen solid.
4. Optional: Dip or pour melted chocolate over the popsicles and then top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy immediately.
