Guilt Free Banana Pancakes

5 tbsp coconut flour
2 ripe bananas
4 eggs
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
1 tsp coconut oil

Directions

1. Combine coconut flour, bananas, eggs, baking soda, vanilla and salt in a blender and blend until smooth.
2. In a frying pan over medium heat add a tsp of coconut oil and pour desired batter into pan and cook each pancake until golden brown. Thay can turn a little darker than you would expect out of a normal pancake but that's ok!
3. Repeat until all are cooked serve with maple syrup and sliced bananas and enjoy!
